Regardless of your yoga or meditation experience, we welcome all levels and provide the guidance and step-by step instructions to support you. It is also a great way to enjoy the benefits of mindful movement and breath work and learn the basics to continue practicing even after the retreat. 

Yoga & Meditation

Reconnect with your body and mind through rejuvenating yoga sessions and peaceful meditation practices led by experienced instructors. Find inner peace and balance as you unwind amidst the tranquil country surroundings.  No prior yoga or meditation experience is required.


Sound Bowl Healing

Enjoy the unique vibrations that will help shift your energy, clear blockages and restore your mind, body and spirit to a more balanced state. 


Around for thousands of years, sound bowls create enchanting sounds that accompany a variety of rituals and practices.  The sound creates healing frequencies that can have relaxing and restorative effects.

Small Group Coaching

During this weekend you will have an opportunity to experience intimate group coaching sessions.  You will be guided to discover your deepest dreams and desires and work through fears and obstacles to achieving them. With the use of somatic meditation and guided imagery you'll have the tools you need to grow and cultivate your seeds. 


Time Connecting with Nature

Go at your own pace. Let your heart and your feet be your guide as you take in the peace, the quiet and the wisdom of nature. Feel the stress melt away as you embrace the comfort of country living and listen to the sounds of farm life around you.


Nutritious Meals

At Sugar Ridge, food is a centerpiece of the experience. They prioritize creating meals that make you feel at home, welcomed, and nourished. Their plant-based dishes, crafted with seasonal, local, and organic ingredients, offer a mindful eating experience that tantalizes your taste buds and leaves you feeling satisfied.

About Sugar Ridge

The retreat will be held at Sugar Ridge Retreat Center in Wyebridge On.


The property is  located on 150 acres of majestic maple and cedar forests, lush meadows and surrounded by 3000 acres of provincial land, you can breathe fresh air, sleep deeply and feel revitalized just by being there.


There are also 25 km of trails accessible from the property for hiking.

Retreat Pricing

Are you ready to invest in yourself?

$750 per person

Shared Room

Shared rooms sleeps up to four people. Bathrooms are located in a separate building and are shared.

Price includes all meals and activities.

$850 per person

Semi-Private Room

Semi-private rooms sleeps two people.  Room availability is limited and based on a first-come-first-serve basis.

Price includes all meals and activities.

Event Policies & Disclaimers

Deposit & Payment Policy

To secure your spot, a non-refundable deposit of $250 is required upon confirmation of registration. Full payment is due 30-days prior to the retreat date.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellation of your reservation must be made in writing/email up to 4 weeks prior to the event date and will be refunded in full less your $250 non-refundable deposit. Cancellations made in less than 4-weeks of the retreat date, will not be refunded.

Additional Event Information

We will be limiting the group size for the most powerful and intimate experience. You must be at least 16 years of age or older to attend. No prior experience is required in meditation, mindfulness or yoga. This retreat is open to all.
