At The Harmony Collective, our mission is to promote wellness of body, mind, and spirit. We offer a variety of classes and workshops that cater to all levels of experience. Whether you're new to a practice or a seasoned pro, we have something for you. Our expert instructors bring their passion and knowledge to each class, inspiring you to reach your full potential. Join us in person or virtually and experience the transformative power of our programs.

Candlelight Yoga & Meditation

Start your week right with a relaxing practice

Unwind and recharge during this weekly class. Find serenity through gentle postures that promote relaxation and restoration, often blending slow flow, yin, and restorative poses. Conclude each session with a tranquil meditation. All levels welcome. 

This class will be held Sunday evenings, for 8-weeks via Zoom with Catherine.  


Recordings will be sent for any missed classes.

Date: Sunday, October 15th to December 17th

Duration: 8-weeks

Time: 7:30 a.m. EST

Location:  Virtually over Zoom

Cost:  $80/per person

Note there is no class on October 22nd or November 4th.

In-Person Meditation

Join Melanie for a transformative meditation workshop.

Reconnect your mind and body with guided sessions using breath, mind-body awareness, relaxation, and visualization. Perfect for beginners and seasoned meditators alike. Bring a journal to capture insights.

Workshops are hosted live at Nature's Spirit in Milton, Ontario. Registration is done via their website. Sessions run twice a month.

Duration: 1-hour

Time: 7:00 p.m. EST

Location:  Nature's Spirit, 207 Mary St., Milton, ON
