Regardless of your yoga or meditation experience, we welcome all levels and provide the guidance and step-by step instructions to support you. It is also a great way to enjoy the benefits of mindful movement and breath work and learn the basics to continue practicing even after the retreat.

Yoga & Meditation
Whether you are new to yoga or a seasoned yogi, classes are suitable for all levels of yoga. We will provide a variety of group yoga including Hatha, Restorative and Gentle Flow. Enjoy morning meditations and other mindfulness activities throughout the weekend.
Witchy Workshops
Learn more about the many benefits and uses of Crystals, Astrology and the Tarot and how you can begin incorporating these practices into your wellness rituals.

As well you will learn how to tap into your own intuitive abilities through various exercises and meditations.
Sound Bowl Healing
Around for thousands of years, sound bowls create enchanting sounds that accompany a variety of rituals and practices. The sound creates healing frequencies that can have relaxing and restorative effects.

Enjoy the unique vibrations that will help shift your energy, clear blockages and restore your mind, body and spirit to a more balanced state.
Group Energy Healing
Ever been curious about how energy healing works? During this group session we will explore the various ways in which you can apply energy healing to yourself as well as share in a group healing activity.
Wine Tasting
Enjoy the sweet and succulent flavors of local wine during a small wine tasting before dinner on Saturday evening. We will walk you through an experience that will foster awareness to your senses and encourage mindful practices.
Nutritious Meals
At the Ecology Retreat Centre, every meal promises an exceptional taste experience with a focus on homemade dishes crafted from locally sourced, seasonal ingredients.
Their vegetarian main fare ensures wholesome dining, and they can accommodate tailored diets including gluten-free and lactose-free options.
About the Ecology Retreat Centre
This year's Witches, Wine & Wellness retreat will be held at the Ecology Retreat Centre, a unique facility with over 200 acres. Set in a lovely rural forest, the property hosts open meadows, babbling brooks, forest trails and a wonderful, peaceful energy.
Activities will be held in The Creekside Room, adjacent to the Dining Hall. The large picture windows and cathedral ceiling make this room bright and spacious.
All meals will be held in the Dining Hall.

Event Policies & Disclaimers
Deposit & Payment Policy
A $250 non-refundable deposit is required to confirm your reservation. The deposit will be applied towards the final cost of your retreat. All final payments are due no later than 30-days prior to the retreat date you registered for.

Cancellation & Refund Policy
Cancellation of your reservation must be made in writing/email up to 4 weeks prior to the event date and will be refunded in full less your $250 non-refundable deposit. Cancellations made in less than 4-weeks of the retreat date, will not be refunded.
