This retreat will be the beginning of a beautiful journey toward a more cohesive connection with your true self. Enjoy a day of discovery and reflection within the sacred realm of nature. Interact with Herd at Horse Spirit Connections, to reawaken long-forgotten wisdom and knowing that will bring about healing and balance in your life.

Connecting with the wisdom of the horse can be incredibly therapeutic – physically, emotionally, mentally and spiritually. Horses have the ability to connect with the deepest parts of the human spirit, the part of ourselves that restores our wonder at the world and awakens our belief in magic, dreams and possibilities.

This retreat is open to all, regardless of your yoga or meditation experience. We welcome all levels and provide the guidance and step-by step instructions to support you. It is also a great way to enjoy the benefits of mindful movement and breath work and learn the basics to continue practicing even after the retreat.

*Space is limited. Must be at least 16 years of age or older to attend. Yoga is suitable for all levels of practice. A deposit of $100 is required at time of registration. Full payment is due 15-days prior to the retreat date.

Nutritious Lunch & Snacks
Enjoy morning and afternoon snacks and a locally catered lunch. All beverages including tea and coffee will also be provided.

Sound Bowl Healing
Enjoy the unique vibrations that will help shift your energy, clear blockages and restore your mind, body and spirit to a more balanced state.
Yoga & Meditation
Whether you are new to yoga or a seasoned yogi, classes are suitable for all levels of yoga. Enjoy a morning meditation and other mindfulness activities throughout the day.
Kiva Experience
Go deep within by descending into Mother Earth in Horse Spirit Connections’ very own Sacred Earth Temple, or Kiva. A Kiva is a sacred gathering place that is round and semi-subterranean. We will experience a beautiful sound and meditation experience together in this special space.
Healing with the Herd
Experience healing and intimate connections with horses as a group. Connect with your core essence, clear away blockages and feed your soul through the teachings and healings of the Herd.
Nature Walk
Go at your own pace. Let your heart and your feet be your guide as you take in the peace, the quiet and the wisdom of nature. Feel the stress melt away as you emerge from your walk feeling refreshed and re-energized.

To secure your spot, a non-refundable deposit of $100 is required upon confirmation of registration. Total payment will be due in full, no later than 15-days prior to the retreat date.

Space is limited. We will be limiting the group size for the most powerful and intimate experience. Must be at least 16 years of age or older to attend. Yoga is suitable for all levels of practice.

Event Policies & Disclaimers
Deposit & Payment Policy
A $100 non-refundable deposit is required to confirm your reservation. The deposit will be applied towards the final cost of the retreat. All final payments are due no later than 15-days prior to the retreat date.

Cancellation & Refund Policy
Cancellation of your reservation must be made in writing/email up to 3-weeks prior to the event date and will be refunded in full less your $100 non-refundable deposit. Cancellations made in less than 3-weeks of the retreat date, will not be refunded.
