Connecting with the wisdom of the horse can be incredibly therapeutic – physically, emotionally, mentally and spiritually. Horses have the ability to connect with the deepest parts of the human spirit, the part of ourselves that restores our wonder at the world and awakens our belief in magic, dreams and possibilities.

This retreat is open to all, regardless of your yoga or meditation experience. We welcome all levels and provide the guidance and step-by step instructions to support you. It is also a great way to enjoy the benefits of mindful movement and breath work and learn the basics to continue practicing even after the retreat.

Time: 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Space is limited. Must be at least 16 years of age or older to attend. Yoga is suitable for all levels of practice. Deposit of $100 required at time of registration. Full payment is due 15-days prior to the retreat date.
