As women, it is hard to make time just for us, to slow down and get intentional in the day-to-day hustle of life. It’s easy to get lost, lose ourselves and put ourselves on the back burner.

This retreat weekend, designed for women, by women, offers a unique opportunity to connect inward, discover your truest nature and find inner strength and healing. We will shift our attention away from the busy to-do lists and chaos of everyday life to find more balance, grounding, and a centered way of being. Enjoy the late days of summer by the lake, with a community of women just like you.

We will immerse ourselves in a weekend of movement, meditation, personal growth, nature and community connection all in a beautiful, intimate setting. We will provide a safe, healing space and offer you the support you need to come home to yourself.

Even if you’ve never done yoga or meditation before, we welcome all levels and will provide the guidance and step-by step instructions to support you. Location:

The retreat will be held at the idyllic lake house with rustic cottage charm, located in Fort Erie, nestled on the peninsula of Lake Erie. It features 4-acres of wooded lot with lots of nature to enjoy and has complete, private access to a pebbly shoreline with incredible views of the lake.

This beautiful location is relaxing, peaceful and tranquil, the perfect place to immerse yourself in your healing and wellness journey. If you’re lucky you might even catch a glimpse of the resident eagle family living on the property.
