We will share techniques on how to tune into our breath, the different styles of breathing techniques, ways to quieten the mind, noticing areas of tension and discomfort in the body and discover the tools that will amplify the meditation experience. We will also practice guided visualization meditations to create positive mindsets, find presence and balance in work and at home so your team may find peace and awareness within themselves
